FREE Family Park Yoga - all levels

FREE Family Park Yoga for all ages.

This all levels flow will offer poses that are beginner friendly with an option to modify for additional challenge.

Participants 13 years old and younger must be accompanied by a grownup.

Please bring yoga mat, blanket or beach towel and bottled water.

Dress for the weather, applying sunscreen and bringing sunglasses if necessary.

All participants must be signed up prior to the start of class.

PLEASE ARRIVE 15 MINUTES EARLY IF YOU NEED HELP REGISTERING.
