During Athlete.Yoga sessions, athletes will practice injury prevention, mobility, alignment, core stability, and balancing the strength and flexibility of each muscle group . Athletes will develop visualization, calming techniques and the most efficient body alignment for biomechanics and technique. The additional benefits of building mental resilience, confidence, preventing overuse injuries and athletic burnout will increase with regular practice.
