Summer Kids Energy Burn (7+ yrs) + Mama Stretch & Chill

Summer drop-in classes for friends and neighbors. Two age groups of organized stations (general movement, strength, mobility, injury prevention, sports drills, games, etc) plus Mama Stretch & Chill, while the kids play in the shaded yard. Siblings welcome to play in outside areas not being used for class.

8:50a- 9:00a: arrival (still welcome if you are running late)

9:00a - 9:30a: Kids Energy Burn (3-6 yrs)

9:30a - 10:00a: Mama Stretch & Chill, while kids play

10:00a - 10:45a: Kids Energy Burn (7+ yrs)

Parents must be present for all ages. Registration closes 24 hours in advance.
