Hi! I’m Coach Kelly, a certified yoga teacher and competitive gymnastics coach. I use yoga to help aspiring athletes achieve their athletic goals. As an elite athlete, I learned visualization as a tool to build confidence and increase clarity when out on the competition floor. Now through coaching, I teach visualization and other yoga techniques to increase athlete mindfulness, prevent injuries and reignite the passion for sport. My degree in Kinesiology, CYT 500-hour yoga certification and 25 years of coaching competitive athletes, combine to give me the experience and education to assist athletes in reaching their goals. We focus on biomechanics and alignment while creating a bridge between mind and body. Yoga provides a way for athletes to fill in the training gaps and strengthen presence both on and off the field, optimizing their capabilities within their competitive career and beyond.
